IRIS Research
IRIS carries out research for members and the public. Our research includes providing general company profiles, institutional and investor profiles; we also conduct investigative research on behalf of clients and we provide investor relations communications for International and Chinese companies.
IRIS Events
IRIS Events are networking opportunities that bring potential investors to network and learn about investment opportunities in the companies or projects that we have researched, to meet the executives and raise funds for these projects that are mostly at growth or development stages. IRIS Events are attended by International as well as Chinese financial institutions.
IRIS Members
IRIS members are the backbone of IRIS Centre. IRIS members consists of senior independent executives, investment bankers, financial executives, marketing, legal and accounting; and executives in mining, technology, agri-business, property, healthcare, automotive and renewable energy sectors. All IRIS assignments have access to IRIS members.
IRIS Services
Inbound: IRIS provides corporate, secretarial services and reception services to foreign companies wanting to establish a presence in China. IRIS has access to prime office addresses in Shanghai for WOFE and RO registrations. We can get your business started with a firm footing in China.
Outbound: IRIS can assist in identifying investment opportunities, provide corporate advisory including structuring for IPO as well as ongoing investment management services.
IRIS Investment Trust
IRIS initiated the IRIS Members Investment Trust and our investment approach is simple. The Investment Trust may only consider investments in IRIS members’ listed companies. Its key objective is to assist member companies during their growth phases. The Fund does not take an active role in companies and will not hold more than 10% of equity in a single company.
